Meet, BOPIS - Buy Online, Pick-Up in Store – a program we have rolled out to 200+ stores across our 16-state footprint. BOPIS will bring you the best of both worlds as you get your shopping done online and still receive the 1:1 experience of being greeted with southern hospitality.
15 Charlotte stores tested BOPIS and it was a hit! Charlotte stores fulfilled 4,500 orders in four months. That’s 7,300 items. We cannot wait to see what we can do in more stores, in more time.

- How does it work? After you select a store on Belk.com, you simply checkout. While you shop, or catch up on Instagram, the store associate will tackle your order and send an email when the order is ready to pick up. Once you’re in the store, check out clothes for your shoes, or shoes for your clothes. It’s a win-win!
